Starting from rev51239, trying to minimize an unfocused window hangs the whole
system, the mouse is stuck and cant be moved.

How to reproduce:

Open "My Computer"
Click on a desktop area not covered by the window and unfocus it
now try to minimize the window and ros will hang
Log is empty, because ros doesn't enter in kdbg

Rev51263 claims to fix the issue, but on VirtualBox is still present.

Tested on Vbox 4.0.4 and r51263
