Enhancements to Program.cs

Some sysreg3 enhancements:

- Now uses a named pipe instead of a shared file; this prevents unexpectedly
broken up lines when using recent VirtualBox versions (apparently ReadLine
could get confused when reading from the shared file). A new dedicated
StreamWriter is used to log the debug output.

- Creates a VM with default settings if it doesn't exist yet (default settings
to be reviewed)

- A few small code improvements
