This still does not work and when it does it goes into a major message loop.

Problem could be in User32, since win32k thinks it is the boss and user32 is
the boss when it goes with message processing. In msgqueue.c I added a dprint
in co_IntKeyboardSendAltKeyMsg BTW is call very early and does not have the
right key set other than 0, to mark when it does get called. Hopefully this
helps point anyone interested in the right direction,
