Test case

I attached a sample application for testing this bug.
It opens 2 windows: the parent window has 2 menus.
"Change" menu changes the status of the child window between enabled and
disabled state.
"Exit" menu quits application.
The Child window has a test menu that opens a message box when it's selected.
When the child window is disabled, you should not be able to select its menu
voice.

The original issue seems almost solved.
There is still a drawing problem because the disabled menu is not drawn in gray
state as all typically disabled objects, but when the window is disabled you
cannot do selections anymore.
