The function to check for the latest revision is GetLatestRevision,
implemented here:
http://svn.reactos.org/viewcvs/web/trunk/www/www.reactos.org/shared/svn.php?view=log

it looks for the file http://svn.reactos.org/svnact/svn_activity.xml , this
file has every revision accounting even branches.

The best thing would be not to add revisions which are part of branches, I
don't know what's generating svn_activity.xml though....
