The patch has been already committed, but I would like to suggest that it would
be better to move the strings like usage notes into resources, to allow the
translation.

Very minor thing but useful to know is to put "void" in parameters list of
DisplaySubstUsage, DumpSubstedDrives and CsrCleanupDefineDosDevice: it will
just fix warning messages on strict syntax checks.
