PATCH to show in message box what is missing

This patch fixes shell32 to show correct missing file and extends error message
box to show it.

TortoiseSVN wouldn't allow me to include obj-i386\include\reactos\errcodes.h to
patch, so, you have to fix comment in line 34 with fallowing one:
/* Approximate msg: ERROR_PATH_NOT_FOUND - The system cannot find the path
specified: %1 */
