Fixed version in action.

As you see it shows whole command line. I was afraid to do more, since those
are very complicated things. Feel free to ask me to extract executable path
from command line if needed. Also, take look at line 1839: 
do_error_dialog(retval, sei_tmp.hwnd, wszApplicationName);
It also may give  wrong information.
