Debug log loading VIA1723 driver

Tested loading the drivers a VIA1723 based sound card using via driver version
5.12.01.3654. 
After loading the driver and rebooting, ReactOS crashes. The last warning in
the debug output is:

Assertion 'NodesCount == 1' failed at
P:\Trunk_slave\x86_CMake\build\lib\drivers\sound\mmixer\controls.c line 472

The tested version of reactos is from the downloaded bootcd-54387-dbgwin.7z
