Debug log for revision 55963

Revision 55963 fails in first stage of installation.
It fails after loading the ntosknl and the drivers, the monitor is blank and
there is no activity from the hard drive.
When I capture the debug output, automatically enters the debugger.
Debug.log with back trace attached.
