Fixes several uxtheme issues

5 uxtheme winetests failures have been fixed. These now comply with the test. I
haven't found official documentation so I have been working on what the test
expects, and as I didn't break other tests I assume I did it correctly.

I added just a few if statements to check the arguments and return the correct
error code or return the correct value.

This is my first patch, if I'm doing something wrong please say so.
