Debug log r56480

1) Install TuxPaint from rapps;
2) Restart machine;
3) Go to C:\Program Files with Explorer and try to delete TuxPaint folder.
2 confirmation windows will appear, but folder will not be deleted. Try
renaming it. It will fail too.

I was able to delete it using cmd rmdir /s /q "c:\program files\tuxpaint"
