The very same problems apply also on the Microsoft's version of msconfig.exe
(see the new screen capture).

NOTE: To make Microsoft's msconfig.exe work, create first the key:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Shared Tools (see picture).

(french version showed here).

Put the severity of the bug to Normal.
