[ros-dev] Loading failure of rtl8139.sys driver : Nic notrecognized

Hi,

I've add/changed the following additionally lines and the realtec driver is
loaded. DLKRTS, DLKRTS1 and \0002 should be replaced with the correct
values. The driver fails later because one of the ndis function is not
implemented.
