Hello,

You are not alone with your problem committing the patch to Bugzilla.
I also did not know how to do so, when I joined the project. Later on I
asked a developer on the channel.

I think it should not happen that people lose interest in the project,
because of the lack of explanations.
Therefore I updated the "Submit your translation" part of the Translation
HOWTO in the Wiki. This should explain how to commit your translations to
Bugzilla:

ranslation

If you still have problems, just ask here in the mailing list. But the
easiest way would be if you join the #reactos IRC channel at
irc.freenode.net. There we can help you faster.
