the patch / bug IS valid, Magnus made a mistake and closed it.
I wanted to do the same, but it's rather timeconsuming, so I
appreciate you took the first steps. Still, some modules may require
setting some specific version - that's allright, we can leave some
exceptions for now, but otherwise, version number should be set
globally, not in every .rbuild file (which is so wrong).
