[ros-dev] Integration of ultracopier to reactOS

[alpha_one_x86]

I'm not able to do that's, but supercopier project is in win32 only. Is in 
coorperation with ultracopier for have same protocol.
But ultracopier can by an good idea for have good copier for you explorer.
