[ros-dev] test/fix building fastfat_new

Indeed a header problem: the functions RtlLeftChild and RtlSplay should be
in Ntddk.h or Ntifs.h according to msdn info, the ntifs.h is included
through fastfat.h. The header work group probably know whats going on.
