[ros-diffs] [cfinck] 33280: First look into %_ROSBE_BASEDIR% for the specified directory and use it if it exists. This makes it possible to just call "chdefgcc 3.4.5" instead of "chdefgcc full\path\to\the\3.4.5\directory" if there is a "3.4.5" directory in the RosBE installation directory.
