Once these three things are done, (weather this is right around the 
corner or way down the line(most likely the ladder)):
1) 0.3.0 is released
2) The foundation has it memebers and by-laws are written
3) The new website is placed into production

I think the foundation should try to to get a corporate sponsor.  Most 
companies have an email address that is given to send sponsorship 
requests and while we might want to make an email to send out to all 
these companies i dont think this is the most effective way in a company 
to donate to the foundation, though i cant think of a better way.  Has 
anyone else put thought into ways to bring money into the foundation.
