[ros-foundation] software purchase for web forums

Hello Steven,

I think I've got another software that could be interesting for the web teams:

Woltlab Burning Board (http://woltlab.info/index_en.php)

It's cheaper than vbulletin and I even think, that it is better, so I
think you should at least have a look at it.
If you want, I can give you a test account (with admin rights) to an
installed wbb.

The problem I see with vbulletin is, that after one year we don't get
any updates and if I understood everything right, we don't even get
security updates and that's a very big problem.

Greets,

David Hinz aka fRy2oo5
