Well, I think you cant make all the NICs drivers your self. but you can 
make basic one from realtek, 3com, NE2000 compatible NICs.
So for nForce MB you just need your driver CD from your motherboard or 
from the internet one.
I looked at the my cd of my A7N8X-X and I can find drivers for my NIC 
without a problem.
And so far I know there is no Plug-and-Play yet in ROS.
