[ros-kernel] Information for new developers

Jason,

Sorry if I gave the impression I thought something wrong with the page. I'm 
just looking for the "start-up" documents for developers. Steven referred 
me the cvs repository to find some XML documents, but I can't find what he 
was talking about through cvsweb. What's the best way to get to such documents?
