[ros-kernel] Doxygen docu

Hi,

here is what I get roughly with the current Doxygen configuration:

- ntoskrnl:          2000 files, 19 MB
- drivers:            3000 files, 30 MB
- apps, tools:      1500 files, 12 MB
- subsys\win32k:  900 files,  8 MB
- anything other:  > 60 MB

It seems, this "anything other" should be divided into more pieces.
I will try, how big the separated ntdll documentation will be.
