[ros-kernel] Goal for next release?

Hello Ge,
I am all for it but we still need to get shell32, ole32 and shlwapi
imported unless we depend on a external WINE package that Filip or I
build. I am still planning on setting up my server with cross-compiler
to do a WINE-Ros build so I am not opposed to it.

I would really like to see notepad working for the next release but I
dont know what the status is on the SetPos code and the Messageing
ReWrite. I started a bug to track that here:
