[ros-kernel] WINE Controls port and debug messages

Hello,
On my local tree I have made some changes to lib/user32/controls.
Mainly just reimporting combo.c and button.c to use the new libwine
debugging format that Filip has implemented. If you want to enable
debug messages other than FIXME in ported wine code you must enable DBG
=1 in your reactos/config

If it is ok I will do a merge of these as performance incresses quite a
bit without all of the extra debug messages.
