Before you start bugging me about this patch, please read the following
notes:
* You need to do 'make clean', otherwise it will cause many unexpected
crashes.
* It should fix the problem with serial mouse not working since 14/11/2003
(the change for compiling with w32api).
* Althought I tried to test it as much as I could it's still possible that I
might omitted something.
