This paths are different from OS to OS.
For example the default paths of the documents folder look like the following. (IIRC)

Win 95: C:\WINDOWS\Documents
Win NT: C:\WINDOWS\Profiles\<user>\Documents
Win XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\My Documents

What should be used for ReactOS?

Wine's implementation looks more like that of Win95, and I'm not sure,
if we are allowed to change this.
