[ros-kernel] Shell32 merge

Hello,
I wanted to tell everyone working on the GUI side how nice things are
looking in explorer and shell32. Also I was wondering who was planning
on doing the merge back with Winehq. I will try to be free to help when
Alexandre returns from his vacation but I doubt I can do the whole
merge. You guys have done a lot of work!!
