[ros-kernel] how to search several PE files to see if any of them import a particular function?

I could create a console-based utility for this.  It should be fairly easy, 
since I have experience with using PE files (I've even created my own loader 
which works fairly well).  How about this for the parameters?  Specify 
function to search imports for, then files and folders to search which can 
include wildcards, and a parameter to tell it to look in subfolders.  Sound 
good?
