What good would that do ReactOS?

Of course, if that "open-source" license was to be BSD or MIT (a very small
subset of the "OSI approved" licenses) it could be useful, but having seen
one to many freedoms, even the right to use (!) the software, taken away by
"OSI approved" open source licenses... I think I don't have to be explicit
about how I see "open source" nowadays.
