[ros-kernel] (no subject)

Hi,

sometimes ros does crash while booting in bochs and if I switch too
often to the bochs window with alt-tab. The crash occurs in GetHotKey
from win32k.sys. I've found a fix but I think there is something wrong
in the initialisation order of win32k.
