[ros-kernel] Winzip almost loads - I need some help

Hi Steven,

if you are talking about bug #77, this happens when you try to run any
window application second time (even WinHello can be run only once). It
needs to be fixed ASAP. Gé, if you are reading this, can you take a look at
it?
