This would be a very good thing, IMHO. Also to copies everything it's
supposed to, and puts the files in the correct place.

I liked the ability to change the install destination with
install.bat. I used this in a custom binst.bat for bochs that would
allow me to update my bochs image with a single command. Would it be
possible to do a 'make install c:\bochs\reactos' or something to that
effect?
