[ros-kernel] Keyboard patch in

I committed my keyboard patch.  Please try it out next time you update from
CVS.  Capslock should work right now, along with Alt+Gr.  I tried to test it
out in GUI mode, but window.c doesn't seem to have a working IntSetFocusWindow
at the moment.
