...Although I'd *love* to get it working. Waiting for Steven to port WinMM

I found a command line wav file player which may be useful... Can try to
contact the author to make it open source if necessary? Or, I'm happy to
write my own when the time comes.

Probably the most common languages, and easier to compile since GCC comes
with a C and C++ compiler :)
