Hi all

In version.h of the current CVS tree:

define KERNEL_VERSION_MAJOR        0
#define KERNEL_VERSION_MINOR        1
#define KERNEL_VERSION_PATCH_LEVEL    3
/* Edit each time a new release is out: format is YYYYMMDD (UTC) */
#define KERNEL_RELEASE_DATE        20030830L

Shouldn't we up this to 0.1.4 with 0.1.4's release date?
