The serial mouse driver is not loaded by default. To trick ReactOS into
loading it, rename /reactos/system32/drivers/psaux.sys to
/reactos/system32/drivers/psaux.sys.real and copy
/reactos/system32/drivers/sermouse.sys to
/reactos/system32/drivers/psaux.sys
