[ros-kernel] [OT] Anti-Spam issues.

I'm not sure if any of you guys are having problems with spam, but I'm
having major ones :-P  I've just employed an anti-spam program called ASK.
I'm just making sure that I can still recieve mail from the ROS mailing
lists as a result.
