[ros-kernel] Virtual PC

I remember that a while back someone said that they could not get 
ReactOS running with Virtual PC.  I just tested a CVS compile from about 
2 weeks ago on the PC version of MS Virtual PC 2004 and it seems to work 
fine.  I remember the mail being about the Mac version of Virtual PC, 
but perhaps you should try it again now.  Maybe this issue is exclusive 
to the Mac version?
