[ros-kernel] Can't Load FLoppy Driver.

Hi,
The old floppy driver worked but you had to load ROS with the floppy
inserted into the drive.

So, what is wrong with the new driver? It's a PCI->S/IO->ISA device.
With the default dma = 2, irq = 6, io = 3f2-3f5, 3f7. FreeDOS can see
it.
