Sorry about the disruption.  I think I've taken care of the problem with
DNS resolution.

As for the CVS commit script, looks like the From address has the 
cvs.reactos.com
domain, but the 'Changes from:' line has a bizarre combination of 
values.  Guess I
never noticed that before.
