Casper,

I had mentioned this in the IRC channel but the argument is that
technically, SkyOS isn't a subsystem, it's just Win32 with some special
libs. IMO, it still is a subsystem (since the PE Files use another subsystem
ID in the header) and should be in /reactos/subsys/skyos. POSIX is also just
a couple of dll files, and it's still a subsystem, so I think the same
treatment should be given to SkyOS.

Should this not have it's own CVS module like the other non-Win32
subsystems? Most people will never need this.
