[ros-kernel] Global pages

Hi,

the mapping for a global page is not removed from the tlb if there is a
write to the cr3 register. The mapping for such a page must be removed from
the tlb with the invlpg instruction. All pages which are mapped into the
kernel address space can be make global. This does speed up thread/process
switching a little bit.
