I have upgraded the wine_uuid.a in my tree and this fixes the problem
but I will not merge until ReactOS is working again. Thomas and I both
were unable to install as there seems to be a bug that is causing stage
2 of setup to fail. Once it is fixed I will commit my changes and
urlmon will build.
