It's standard debug output with KDBG=0 and hand added info gathered by 
using addr2line (on DBG=1 binaries). Generally it can be automated by 
using KDBG=1 builds and copying the symbols (*.sym) files to 
reactos/sysmbols directory, but in this particular case it was no-go 
because OOo throws exceptions like crazy (and then catches them).
