Yes it is. You can also, if you wish, sublicence it as GPL and all your
modifications can be GPL. Just remeber to include the copyright notice.

copyright (an MIT-style license). This allows integration with the

Is this compatible with ReactOS, so that we can incorporate it into and 
distribute it with our OS?
