The miniport is bailing out for some reason.  You're going to have to
get a backtrace and look inside the binary to see what it was trying to
debug log.  I have never tested this driver against anything other than
VMWare, so it's possible that some things are still broken.

Also, my testing is against pcntn5m.sys, from the Windows 2000 CD.

I can look into this as soon as I'm done messing with the floppy driver
(probably a few days at least).
