[ros-kernel] Code Freeze

All,

ReactOS 0.2.1 is officially in code freeze as of now.  The final release
date will be next Sunday, 29-Feb-2004.  Please use this week to test the
code for showstoppers.  If you find a showstopper, please report it on
this mailing list, as well as filing a bug on it.  The branch is closed
to commits, other than to fix those showstoppers.

Nick: please make an RC2 release that the testers can test with. 
Testers, please put it through its paces.

One big note about RC2:  this is a release candidate of an *alpha
release* -- this is *not* a final release, as was asked about this
week.  We don't recommend anyone actually downloading and using RC2
unless it is their explicit goal to test it and file bugs on it, in
preperation for a real 0.2.1 release next weekend.
