Try to set the Secondary Master to "Auto" or "CD-ROM"

Once one OS is booted, they don't care of this setting, even the
dos-drivers. But the BIOS seem to have big problems with that...

Both channel are _enabled_ but the BIOs only reports the primary
channel asigned to an IRQ (14). Other OSes find the CD-Rom.

No, this is(!?) the problem. That's the reason why I can't boot the
installation CD. :-(
